Hastings CBD Parking
Dedicated off street car-parking is available during business hours to long term carpark leaseholders.
Lease an off-street carpark longterm in the centre of Hastings CBD and avoid paying $2.60 per hour for on street parking. View parking rates accurate as at 1st July 2025.

The Hastings CBD carpark is located in the 300 block of Heretaunga Street West as shown on the map.
Parking Rates
The Hastings CBD carpark is available for long term lease on a monthly or annual basis.Monthly Parking is $125 incl GSTCarpark leaseholders may park in any designated numbered carpark within the zoned area shown on the map.
*Payment must be made to use the Hastings CBD private carpark. Any unauthorised car parking is subject to the Hastings CBD Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Hastings CBD Car Park Use1. Acceptance of Terms
By entering and using the Hastings CBD carpark, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this car park.2. Use of the Car Park
a. The car park is available for use during business hours, seven days a week, unless otherwise stated.
b. Vehicles must be parked within designated spaces only.
c. The car park is to be used solely for parking of private vehicles. Commercial or oversized vehicles require prior approval.3. Liability
a. The management does not accept liability for any accidents, damage, or loss to your vehicle or personal property within the car park, except to the extent caused by the negligence of the car park management.
b. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.4. Security
a. While surveillance may be in operation, vehicle security cannot be guaranteed.
b. Users are responsible for securing their vehicle upon parking, including the locking of doors and closing of windows.5. Payment
a. Parking fees are displayed on the carpark rates section and are subject to change without notice.
b. Failure to pay parking fees may result in a penalty of up to $200 per infringement or the vehicle being clamped and/or towed at the owner's expense.6. Conduct Within the Car Park
a. No antisocial behavior, including loud music, racing, or revving of engines, is permitted.
b. Littering within the car park is prohibited.
c. Any form of vandalism will result in immediate expulsion and potential legal action.7. Prohibited Items
Vehicles containing hazardous materials, illegal substances, or items that pose a risk to the car park or its users are strictly prohibited.8. Duration of Stay
a. The maximum duration of stay is 12 hours at a time, unless prior arrangements have been made with the management.
b. Abandoned vehicles will be removed at the owner's expense.9. Alterations to Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the user to be aware of any changes.10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the car park is located.12. Enquiries and Complaints
